TJ - Class of 2012

This was our final Class of 2012 Senior Photo session-and just in time since we have already started our Class of 2013 Senior sessions!!  TJ came to us just after Spring Break while we were having great weather in Minnesota (although the day he came to the studio it was rainy outside!)- all tanned and refreshed from a Spring Break trip south.  TJ let us capture his more formal side, his relaxed, more casual side.  We were able to get great images of TJ on his longboard in the St Paul skyways.   We even popped outside in the rain for a few images in the park-TJ was such a good sport!.  It was so fun spending the morning with TJ and his mom!  And we are thrilled that they loved TJ's senior portraits- we are looking forward to their family session this summer before TJ heads off the the University of Kansas-GO JAYHAWKS!!!

Let it shine!

Who's face doesn't light up when you look at these images?  Maren and Cameron are siblings that light up a room!  Maren has been coming to us since she was just 6 months old but this session she really dazzled, loving every second of being photographed and showing off her baby brother.  We even pulled out some super sparkle to add to her portraits.  Her infectious smile and Cameron's darling giggles made our day.  We know their family back in England are going to love these portraits as much as we loved being with these cuties! Enjoy!!

Senior Portrait Season has begun!

High School Senior Portrait Season has officially begun at the studio!!!  Yay!  We had our first senior session of the year back in April-each year we seem to start earlier and earlier AND WE LOVE IT!!!  Seniors have an energy and excitement about them that is contagious!  It is such a special time for seniors and their parents.  Parents can't believe that their little toddler is now grown up and talking about prom, colleges and leaving home.  But that same toddler still has the same sparkle in his/her eyes and we will capture that spark and shine.
If you are going to be a senior next year and would like to start planning your custom session with us, call or email us soon!  We will schedule a planning session with you for as soon as school is finished so that you can have your choice of photo session dates this summer.  Session dates are already booking up!!  We can't wait to start meeting the class of 2013!  

Playful pups!

These three Portuguese Water dogs were a blast to photograph!  Mico, Fina and Helen were soooo well behaved and lovely for their debut photo session!  Look how perfectly smiley they are!  And how about their amazing and stylish hair cuts?  Helen even has a beautiful pink feather in her fur. What a doll.  It was very evident how much all three adore their mom, Peg, with all of their hearts.  Love it!

Minnesota Baby/Miroslavich Photography Spring Photo Contest!

Congratulations to Baby Piper (age 6 months old) for being chosen the winner of the Minnesota Baby/Miroslavich Photography Spring Photo Contest!! 

All of our entries were narrowed down to three finalists, based on the highest number of votes. The three cuties with the most votes were Darren, Piper, and Maverrick. But, only one cutie pie could win a photo shoot with Miroslavich Photography, valued at over $300!

We had a very tough time selecting the winner. We were really looking for a photo with a spring feel, along with a little creativity. We ultimately chose Piper because she is wearing spring colors, and is all bundled up because Minnesota springs can be chilly!
