Open your heart to someone this holiday season - and thank you for giving us the opportunity to open ours! We are so grateful for the opportunity to continue to have the business of creating such joy in the lives we touch.Thanksgiving 2014 may be later in November this year, but we love to honor this holiday by pausing to appreciate its significance.

Our Thanks & Giving event started in 2009 with the purpose of giving the joy of photography to a local family. A family who truly would appreciate the gift of portraits for their home. Over the past five years, we have been humbled by the recipients of this gift. We have created lasting memories for each family we are honored to meet each year. We are always amazed by each family's strength, and incredibly grateful for the thoughtfulness of the people who nominate them.  

This holiday season we are giving you the opportunity to give once again. If you are a client or friend, please join us by nominating a family that would love to have photography created especially for them. You know someone who's having a tough time and needs a little lift, experienced sadness, struggling to stay afloat, raising kids while holding down more than one job, has someone in their family that is quite ill or someone who is volunteering selflessly despite extenuating personal circumstances. You know someone who would cherish portraits of their loved ones this holiday season. You know someone who deserves a lifetime reminder of their family's spirit, love and beauty.  

We know you know someone to nominate. We want to know who they are, and want to give them the chance to experience complimentary custom photography. $1500 worth to be exact. Whether it's a beautiful canvas, or an art book or multiple wall portraits, what better reason to show some love could there possibly be?

The Rules:
- You cannot nominate yourself.

- The nominee must be able to come to Woodbury for a weekday studio or location session.

This is back by popular demand from last year!  The perfect gift for grandparents. Up to four images can be displayed. Two styles to choose from.  No framing needed, the folio is ready to display- $285 for one.  Duplicates are $200.

 

Jewelry: 

Several styles of bracelets and necklaces ranging from one image to three images displayed- $225

iPhone cases: 

These must-haves are custom designed at $85

 

Gift portraits: 

Prints are custom enhanced and are available starting at $75 each. 

 

Ornaments: 

These have been flying out of the studio! Prices range from $65-$85.

New Holiday Products at the studio!

We are excited to launch new products at the studio this fall! To give you a little taste of what new, cool pieces you can expect to see when you come in, here is a sneak peek.Check out our new Flutter, a gift sized, beautiful, hand painted frame of your color choice (the possibilities are endless-seriously!) and it sits perfectly on a desk or shelf. It makes an ideal gift (they are flying out of the studio already!). Also this fall we are introducing our new art album that holds 20 images from your session. A great solution to having as many images from your session displayed together.

Another exciting addition this fall are the brand new, hot-off-the-press holiday card designs! Each one is better than the one before! We still custom design every stunning card but new this year we have added cool, designer shapes! You will have a hard time choosing (we certainly are!!).

We really can't wait to share all of these new products and more with you when you come in for your session this fall. Holiday shopping? Done.

Announcing our 2011 Holiday Deadlines....

It is that time of year when many of you schedule your yearly photo session with us! Whether it is a milestone age for one of the kids or time for another family portrait for the home, fall is an ideal time to come in for your session. Believe it or not, holiday deadlines are fast approaching. To ensure orders are ready in time for the holidays, photo sessions need to take place by November 1st and orders placed no later than November 22nd. Call us to schedule your planning session with Melissa today so that we can take advantage of the fall colors. (Apparently because of the favorable summer weather, they are predicting that the fall colors will be the best this year then in the past 10 years!) It was so popular last year, we decided to bring it back!! Double Dollar Day is Tuesday December 14th from 9:30am-12 noon!! Just in time for the holidays,
we are offering double dollar gift certificates for one day only!

Amounts available are $100, 250, and 500. Here's how it works: buy a gift certificate for 250 and it's worth 500, buy a gift certificate for 500 and it's worth 1000. How cool is that?!
Available ONLY Tuesday, December 14th, 9:30am to Noon.

Holiday Mini-Sessions: A Very Special Santa Event

Back by popular demand, we have had so many requests to bring back this event, we have decided to offer this very special Santa event again this fall!

This will be something you will cherish forever. During your 15 minute mini-session, we will capture your child(ren) as they spend time with Santa. Santa has been kind enough to loan us his suit (and beard and wig!) for Mom or Dad to dress up in for the session. Capturing the look of awe and wonderment that will last a lifetime. Session fee for this special event is $79. We will have several packages to chose from that are only available for these Santa mini-sessions, including Christmas cards.

We will start accepting reservations for this event on Tuesday September 21st at 9:30am. We have a limited number of mini-sessions available so call 651.343.4823 right away!

Announcing our Holiday deadlines

We have had several inquiries over the past few weeks about timing for photo sessions this fall-yes, fall is upon us! To be able to have orders ready in time for the holidays this December, here are the deadlines:

October 29th: Photo sessions must be complete by this date.
November 15th: Viewing sessions and orders must be placed.

These deadlines will ensure that orders will be ready for pick up the week of December 20th.

It seems hard to believe that we are already thinking about the holidays but it will be upon us before we know it!
