Fairy Tea Party

We did it! We had my oldest daughter's first friend birthday party this past weekend and we had a blast! Brynn loves pretty much anything that is girlie (and some things that are not - thank goodness), so for her 5th birthday party she wanted a fairy party. Luckily one of our favorite places, Moppets on Main in Hudson, WI, offers a fairy tea party complete with a fairy tea party room. It is a wonderful room decorated just for little fairies, and the two girls leading the party were great! The entire experience was creative, well planned, and the girls had a lovely time sipping pink tea, searching for a special fairy, making crafts, and much more. Dogs in the Spring

We had such a lovely spring, and now I am excited that it is summer! Here is a celebration of some more of the dogs we met this spring. I have been meaning to post these for awhile now. Enjoy!

This little light of mine

... and a family full of shine! Olivia and Jack are two of a kind, full of fun and energy. The brother and sister team had so much fun "swimming" and "scooting" in the studio that I just couldn't resist their antics. Dad was able to sneak away and jump into a few family portraits too. Everyone was so happy to see him. Just see how close and loving they are with each other. The images say it all! I am excited for you to see the rest of the session. Toddler Fun!

Last week, we met Ella for the first time. 18 months old is such a delightful age and Ella is just precious! We had a great session with her and getting to know her was so much fun! For 18 months, Ella is very independent but certainly loved having her mom there (and getting some kisses in between her photographs being taken!) Ella is a huge animal lover...she even has her own goats! Can you believe that? Maybe at her next session with us, we can capture some time with some furry friends?

We have been lucky enough to have had several sibling sessions lately (and more to come in the next few weeks) which is something we LOVE to do! They are always so fascinating to see interact with one another. These siblings were a BLAST! Jaylin, the oldest, was very sweet and mothering to her siblings and certainly impressed us with her reading abilities (she came to the studio with a novel!). Mason, the middle sibling, was full of fun and energy and very sweet. Carley, the youngest, made us laugh everytime the camera was on her...she struck a pose. But, more than their individual personalities, we enjoyed seeing their relationship with each other and how much fun they have together. I think the best part of the whole session was watching them run through the park and hang from trees! You can tell they are great siblings...their parents are very lucky!!

Summer Photo Sessions

It is hard to believe that we are in the month of June when the weather seems more like early April! Brrrrr! However, with our kids out of school this week for the summer, it is difficult to deny it any longer! Let's hope that it warms up soon so we can all enjoy our favorite things about summer!
It is also hard for us to believe that we are now booking into September but we are! Melissa and I sat down last week and reviewed our appointment book and realized that things at Miroslavich Photography are really heating up!
We are now booked up for the rest of the month of June. If you are thinking of doing a summer session with us, call the studio as soon as possible (651.343.4823) and we will get it scheduled. As for fall sessions, you will want to call by the end of June to book your planning session for July or August. When we book that session, we will probably schedule the photography session as well.
We look forward to all of our upcoming sessions....and stay tuned for our special event coming late summer! It is one you won't want to miss!

Sam I Am!!

It is always amazing to us to see babies transition to toddlers over the course of the Baby Collection and Sam is no exception!! We met Sam and his mom and dad just over a year ago when Sam was brand new. Now look at him!!! He is a little man! This stage of starting to walk on his own is so precious and so short lived....he will be running before his parents realize it! Which is why it is so sweet to capture this fleeting moment in time!
