Minnesota Baby's Spring Photo Contest with Miroslavich Photography!

We are partnering with Minnesota Baby (creator/mommy blogger Melissa Saigh) to offer this super cute and fun Baby Spring Photo Contest! See the details below!!

MINNESOTA BABY'S SPRING PHOTO CONTEST WITH MIROSLAVICH PHOTOGRAPHY

Do you think you have a cute kid? Is he or she especially cute during Minnesota's spring season? Enter the Minnesota Baby "Spring Photo Contest", and you could win a photo shoot for your child and family, with Melissa Miroslavish of Miroslavich Photography, valued at over $300!

Email a photo of your child (age 0 - 12) enjoying the spring weather in Minnesota, to info@minnesotababy.org by Sunday, April 29th, 2012 at 6 p.m.. Please include the child's name and age. Also, include your name and contact info (will not be published). All photos will be displayed on the Minnesota Baby Facebook page, for your friends and family to vote on (by "liking" and/or commenting on the photo). The three photos with the most "likes" and comments will be presented to Melissa Miroslavich, and she will determine her favorite photo. That person will win a photo session and $150 photo credit from Miroslavich Photography! Voting begins on April 29th at 9 p.m., and wraps up on Saturday, May 5th at 9 p.m. Our winner will be announced on Sunday, May 6th.
Once the photos are published on Facebook, invite your friends and family to "like" the Minnesota Baby Facebook page, then vote on your photo by "liking" and/or commenting on your photo. Limit one entry per child, and both likes and comments will be counted as one vote each. Good luck!
Easy steps on how to enter:
1. Email photo to info@minnesotababy.org by Sunday, April 29th, 2012 at 6 p.m.
2. Have people "like" the Minnesota Baby Facebook page so they can vote.
3. Tell people to vote for your photo by "liking" it, or commenting on your photo in the contest album, through Saturday, May 5th at 9 p.m.

Olivia turns one!

Sweet Olivia! What a doll!! Maybe you remember her darling 6 month images sucking her thumb? Well, look at her now! All grown up and ready to go! Toddling around the studio liked she owned it! Older brother Zach joined in the fun, too! We can hardly believe how big they are both getting...we love photographing them. It is always such a pleasure and a treat for us! Can't wait to see them again soon!!

Melissa and I had a tough time deciding on the winners but these entries really stood out to us and we hope you all agree! We had such a great response to this contest that we plan on launching our next photo contest very soon so keep posted on the details!!!
Baby Feet Winner: Erin from Burlington, Ontario, Canada! An entry all the way from Canada! Awesome! Erin captured her 5 month old daughter's first time having her feet in the ocean while visiting West Palm Beach, Florida! Look at those chubby feet!! We love it!!

Kids' Feet Entry: Lisa from Maple Grove, Minnesota. Capturing 3 kids four years old and younger is never an easy task but this image turned out great!! Lisa wrote, "Oh well...at least I will have proof that they actually wore these shoes (and I LOVED it) when they graduate in 13+ years!" They may never believe this footwear was in style!!

Kids' Entry Winner: Kate, age 9 from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Kate is an aspiring photographer who impressed us with her talents! She captured this image of her mom's feet on the rocks in the Headwaters of the Mississippi while visiting Lake Itasca for vacation this summer. Love mom's pink toes!!!

Happy New Year

A new baby and a new year! This little guy was born only 4 days into 2008, and we are thrilled to be able to meet him and create his first portraits. Many blessings this year, and enjoy all of life's little miracles!

We are happy happy happy to back in the studio and busy getting ready for some exciting new things. There is tons more to come ... Stay tuned. Happy New Year!
