Happy #10 Anniversary, Jill and Mike!!

Jill and Mike wanted to celebrate 10 years of wedded bliss in style!! They asked us if we could help them recreate their wedding photos by creating stunning, romantic images at the Como Conservatory where their wedding took place 10 years ago. To say the least, we were thrilled. Jill and Mike are a beautiful couple and the more you get to know them, the more you can see how truly in love they are. 10 years of marriage and 3 kids later, they still exude happiness and love-through it all. We picked a snowy day in December (which was a miracle during a winter where we have had so little snow in Minnesota), Jill and Mike came decked out in wedding attire (Jill wore her actual wedding dress!!) and even braved the elements as we trekked through snow up a hill to get some magnificent outdoor images. This had to be one of our favorite sessions of 2011. Happy 10 years, Mike and Jill!! We can't wait to help you celebrate more milestone anniversaries in the years to come!!

SNOW session Day-February 20th!

February 20th is the day! SNOW SESSION DAY!! We are missing one key ingredient .... snow!! But we have faith that if we plan it, snow will come!! We have a limited number of sessions left so schedule yours soon! Since it is President's Day, the kids are off school-what better way to spend some time that day?

We have a limited number of snow sessions left(10 sessions maximum). We have been taking reservations on a first come-first serve basis. Location to be determined. Each session will be approximately 20 minutes. Session fee is $45 per family and due at the time of booking. We encourage fun hats, colorful scarves and silly mittens.

If February 20th is not a good day for you, give us a call anyway, and we may be able to make other arrangements for a different day.

Ordering sessions at the studio to view and order your images will be scheduled approximately one week following the snow session.

Embrace winter. Embrace the snow. Make memories. Let us help you preserve these memories.

We are offering a limited number of snow sessions (10 sessions maximum). We will take reservations on a first come-first serve basis. Location to be determined. If the date we choose is not good for you once we schedule the date, your session fee is 100% refundable. We will have a wait list to call should we have openings.

National Earmuff Day!!!

So maybe given the weather this week, it should be National Umbrella Day (that is actually May 13th, in case you were wondering!), however today is National Earmuff Day! Who knew?!?! Chester Greenwood invented the earmuff in 1873, at the age of 15 in Farmington, Maine. So when you are out and about doing your weekend errands or outings, strap on some earmuffs and celebrate this great invention!

Have you been to the hottest spot in town yet? Little Kids Big City opened this past November in Woodbury and is the talk of the town! (our kids beg to go there!!) When you are there next time, check out our portraits on display there...you may even recognize some of the kids in the portraits!
This weekend, LKBC is hosting a very fun event! Come join "Stampin' Up" consultant Kristen Bryant as she helps your child make custom valentines in time for the special day. This creative mom from our community will provide all the materials and patience, you just provide the kids!

Ages: 3-12 (Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.)

A New Beginning

As my first post I wanted to take a moment to THANK everyone who has helped make Miroslavich Photography a success ... clients, family and friends! It is truly appreciated. We are looking forward to some very exciting changes just around the corner. Stay tuned in early 08 because it is going to be fabulous. I can't wait!

Also, it was wonderful meeting everyone who stopped by the display yesterday at the Primrose School holiday event and light tour. We look forward to seeing you again in the new year!

BTW I am so excited! I actually figured out how to set up and link this blog all by myself. I can't believe it either!
